The theme of this year’s conference is “Faith and Faithfulness.” The Apostle Paul writes, “It is required of a steward that he be found faithful” (1 Cor. 4:2, ESV). Yet our only hope for any fruitfulness in pastoral ministry is God and what He promises to do to show forth His glory, to gather His people, to spread His kingdom.

Thus, as pastors, we’re called to faith—to trust God and to labor, motivated in all we do by His promises and faithfulness, for “without faith it is impossible to please God” (Heb. 11:6).
